The riverboat features spacious Lobby (entrance hall on Upper Deck) with Tour-Reception Desk (24-hour assistance, information, purser services, tours and excusrions information, onboard cruise booking), Library and Boutique Shop. From the entrance hall is accessed the fore-located Bar Lounge with floor-ceiling windows, comfortanle seating and full-service Bar.
Aft on Upper Deck is the Bar Bistro - Lido Restaurant alternative to the Dining Room Restaurant. The Bistro is served by its own Bar and has an outdoor terrace. Here are served early Breakfast, light Lunch and Dinner. In good weather, its floor-ceiling window doors are fully opened onto the terrace for al fresco dining. Bistro's dining is complimentary, but dinners require reservations due to restaurant's small capacity (24 seats). Ship's Dining Room Restaurant (on Middle Deck) provides single-seating capacity for buffet Breakfast and waiter-served Lunch and Dinner.
On Lower Deck is the ship's Wellness Centre consisting of Hair Salon (hairdresser and barber services, nail studio), Fitness (Gym Room) and Sauna Room. All cabin decks are fully air-conditioned and accessed via lift and staircase.
Sun Deck provides aft deckgames area (Giant Chess Set, Mini Golf / Putting Green), retractable Awnings (shaded seating area), forward Pool Deck (Jacuzzi, sunbathing area with loungers and deckchairs), open-air lounge with 4-seat tables and full bar service. The fore-located Navigation Bridge (called "Wheelhouse" on riverboats) is passenger accessible and telescopic (can be lowered for passing under low bridges).
Most William Shakespeare staterooms are with wall-to-wall and floor-ceiling glass doors opening to a railing (French Balcony). Only exeptions are Lower Deck cabins, which are with one fixed window (non-opening, quarter-height) located close to the ceiling.
