MSC Cruises: cancellation of Red Sea cruises!
To ensure the safety of its passengers and crew, the cruise line is making changes to some itineraries in light of the current geopolitical situation.
We are already seeing some travel restrictions put in place by local authorities in certain destinations, and some national governments have issued travel advisories against certain areas.
Unfortunately, MSC Cruises is canceling the full winter MSC Orchestra program that was scheduled on the Red Sea from November 8, 2023 to April 17, 2024. The proximity of some ports of call for ships in Israel and the number of restrictions in border countries could have a negative impact on vacations.
The MSC Sinfonia Winter Program from November 12, 2023 to April 15, 2024 will also be cancelled.
Compensation Rules – MSC Orchestra:
- free passage to a cruise on board MSC Opera or MSC Virtuosa during the winter period 2023 – 2024
- free rebooking on any cruise currently on sale for departures before the end of May 2024 (same duration and cabin category)
Please note: Only Christmas and New Year's Eve guests can take cruises during the same period; Christmas and New Year's cruises are excluded for all other guests.
- free cancellation and full refund.
