This is my second cruise with MSC, and I'm once again convinced: MSC is the perfect choice if you value European chic and impressive design for a reasonable price. The company clearly focuses on innovation and technology. The MSC Meraviglia liner is a true architectural marvel! It's colossal, yet very logically designed. The most impressive feature, undoubtedly, is the Galleria, the central promenade with a huge LED dome. It constantly changes the imagery, creating the effect of a vibrant, changing sky. It’s the ideal spot for evening cocktails and photo opportunities. An absolute combination of price and quality!
The cruise on MSC Magnifica was not our first experience with MSC Cruises. The Magnifica ship is in very good condition.
The service, dining, and overall onboard experience, as with our previous cruises, were of a very high standard.
We would especially like to highlight the excellent evening shows in the theater, which were truly impressive.
We really enjoyed the balcony cabin — it was bright and cozy.

Our latest cruise on MSC Seaview has come to an end, and it was simply incredible!
Travel dates: 04–11 October 2025.
The itinerary was rich and well-balanced:
Barcelona — Cannes — Genoa — La Spezia — Rome — sea day — Palma de Mallorca — Barcelona.
We have sailed on different ships, but MSC Seaview is definitely the one you want to return to again and again. Spacious, stylish, with plenty of areas for relaxation and entertainment, it gives a real sense of freedom.
We traveled with two children, and it was one of the most comfortable family vacations we’ve ever had. The kids always had something to do — kids’ clubs and pools kept them busy and happy (the staff in the kids’ club was fantastic, with engaging activities at all times), while we had time to truly relax 😊
I would especially like to highlight the wonderful crew — our cabin steward was absolutely amazing. Cleanliness and comfort were everywhere. The main restaurant always offered a wide variety of delicious dishes.
And don’t forget to get ready for the parties — we attended the White Party, which was great fun.
Since we were traveling with children, we chose the Easy Drinks Package and never regretted it — every bar and restaurant offered a good selection of beverages.
By the way, it’s better to purchase internet in advance, as prices on board are higher.
On the last day, cabins had to be vacated by 8:00 a.m., but we were informed that there was a storage area for hand luggage in the theater. Since our flight was in the evening, we left our bags there and continued to enjoy the ship until lunchtime.
I’m already looking forward to our next cruise. It has truly become a hobby 😊
I always book cruises through the company “Center Cruises” and I am very satisfied.In September 2025, I sailed on the amazing MSC World Europa. And in January this year, I went on MSC Musica because we chose the Canary Islands itinerary. The weather there in January is wonderful.Although the ship is a bit older, everything was excellent: the cabins were kept very clean and the food was delicious. We participated in the Master Chef show on board. And on my birthday, I received a lovely gift from MSC - a cake!We also purchased the Easy Drink package and enjoyed a variety of cocktails 👍🏻
We traveled on this cruise as a family — my wife, our 2-year-7-month-old daughter, and me. It was our very first cruise, and honestly it exceeded all our expectations. Our cabin (11186) with a balcony was comfortable and had a beautiful view. Everything was clean and well organized. Our cabin steward, Kebek, was extremely polite and attentive. Every evening he prepared the sofa bed for our daughter and in the morning he folded it back. Every time we met him he greeted us warmly and helped create a very positive atmosphere during the trip. In general, the entire staff was very friendly and attentive, especially toward families with children. Many crew members interacted kindly with our daughter and made her feel welcome. The food on board was excellent and very diverse. For us, the buffet was the most convenient option because it offers a wider variety of dishes and more flexibility, which is especially helpful when traveling with a small child. The restaurant dinners are nice as well, but they require waiting for service and drinks such as water need to be paid for. In the buffet we were perfectly happy with the complimentary drinks like water, tea and coffee. Occasionally I ordered a non-alcoholic beer and my wife had a cocktail or cola. For us, a drink package didn’t feel necessary, although this may depend on personal preference. The entertainment was also great. We even attended a concert with our daughter — her first concert experience. She obviously couldn’t sit through the entire show, but for about 20 minutes she was clapping and enjoying the music, which was wonderful to see. A small note about the cabin: we later realized it was a connecting cabin. Our neighbors didn’t disturb us, but on a couple of nights our daughter had trouble falling asleep and we were worried that we might have disturbed them. A useful tip for parents with strollers: the deck is long and perfect for walking. Just one or two laps along the deck helped our daughter fall asleep. The itinerary was interesting and diverse. We didn’t go ashore in Marseille. Genoa was an interesting port city, but it felt a bit less maintained than we expected. Pisa was fantastic and easy to reach by train. Rome was also impressive, although the time there felt a bit short since it takes around an hour to reach the city by train. One more small highlight for me was visiting the casino. I always wanted to try it just for fun. I played, lost 30 euros, and happily went to bed — mission accomplished. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely take another cruise again. Highly recommended!
The cruise in the Persian Gulf from Dubai was a wonderful experience! The weather was perfect, the service attentive, and the food delicious and varied. The onboard program was engaging and full of activities — there was always something to do. A great itinerary and a very comfortable vacation — highly recommended!

MSC World Europa is a new, luxurious, and extremely comfortable ship. Excellent service at every level. The cabin is comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Very clean and regularly serviced.
The food is varied, fresh, moderately calorie-balanced, and unlimited. The excursions are interesting. The guides are professional and attentive. The theatre shows are engaging and entertaining.
Despite the large number of passengers, there is no overcrowding or congestion anywhere on board. I would especially like to highlight the Meet & Greet with the Captain and the crew. It is impressive to see that such a complex vessel is entrusted to such young professionals and such a young captain!

We really loved the cruise. A brand-new ship, beautifully decorated for the New Year — everything was done with style and great taste. It was our first river cruise, and it differs from an ocean cruise by its more intimate, cozy atmosphere. We adapted very quickly, thanks to our previous experience with ocean cruises. The small ship turned out to be extremely comfortable and easy to navigate — everything is close at hand, with constant Wi-Fi access.
We especially enjoyed the cabin with a French balcony and the opportunity to admire the river views and night cityscapes. At first, we didn’t quite understand how to open the window and asked the staff for help. We never made it to the hammam 🙂 — the program was very rich and exciting 😉, but the open jacuzzi on the top deck brought us a lot of pleasure. Bathrobes and slippers were kindly provided at the reception.
Breakfasts were good, and dinners were simply wonderful, with exquisite presentation.
The staff deserves special praise: a warm, family-like and caring atmosphere, with quick responses to all requests and wishes — “11 out of 10 👌”. Cold drinking water (of good quality), hot water (boiling water for a thermos), and coffee were always available.
The cruise guests created an atmosphere similar to a wedding among close relatives — interesting, friendly, and creative people. Watching and participating in the entertainment program was a real pleasure! The program was well thought out, with premium guests, and the host was simply TOP! Elena Alekseevna is the “mother” of the cruise, maintaining an atmosphere of comfort and friendly relaxation. Everyone received plenty of care and attention. Professionalism was evident in both daily operations and problem-solving.
The ship docked right in the city centers — incredibly convenient, with walking access to major attractions and shopping areas. We did not use the offered excursions, as we prefer our own individual маршрути, so I cannot evaluate this part of the service.

I’ve known the company owner and cruise director, Elena Poplinskaya, for more than 30 years - having worked on her cruise staff in the Mediterranean in the mid-1990s. When I learned that she was chartering a luxury Swiss river ship to organize a new year’s cruise, “The New Year’s Magic of Flanders”, I wasn’t able to sit still - I knew that I had to join (now as a paying guest)! My travels from Florida, where I live now, to Düsseldorf were long, but, as soon as I stepped onboard the beautiful “Inspire”, I knew it was going to be a magical week - sailing the Rhine from Düsseldorf to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Ghent, Utrecht and finally Amsterdam. And such it truly was! From the gorgeous room that Elena booked me into to amazing, tasty food at every meal, super friendly ship’s staff and efficient & helpful cruise staff, the cruise was a blast. I loved every minute of it! And Elena was in the middle of it all - shining in her organizational skills, always dressed the best, dancing with all of us on the dance floor at night, and ready to help with any issues. I also loved her PA announcements - wishing the guests good mornings and inviting them to the meals: professional, yet warm and soothing, projecting calmness and relaxation:) I was sad to leave all this behind when the cruise ended, but the memories will stay with me for a long time. And I hope there will be another cruise that Elena will organize again (hopefully, soon); I can’t wait to be on it!!!
I simply can’t help sharing my impressions of the “New Year’s Magic of Flanders” cruise. The thing is, it’s not easy to impress an “experienced cruiser” like me: I always have something to compare with (over 30–40 cruises behind me), and it’s hard to surprise me with the “magic of Flanders” (it’s easier to list the countries I haven’t visited). In short, my expectations were modest and realistic.
However, already at the pre-cruise preparation stage, I felt that I was dealing with a well-coordinated, professional team — people who truly know and love their work. As a result, I received not only all the necessary information, but also something that is a real rarity nowadays: sincere, caring, attentive treatment, and most importantly — patience. I know better than most what tourists can be like (I worked in tourism for many years): demanding, tedious, and, to put it mildly, impatient.
And then came the first meeting on board: you step into an atmosphere that amazes even someone who has “seen it all” — with its luxury, refined aesthetics, and, no less importantly, genuine hospitality. From the very first minute (spoiler alert — until the very last), you feel the care of an extremely competent and friendly crew.
To be honest, at first I even caught myself feeling like Cinderella at a royal ball — everything was so elegant, lavish, and luxurious! (Especially considering the incredibly difficult conditions we are living through today, where it often feels like we’re surviving rather than living.) Stepping on board, you enter a different world — a world of warmth, beauty, joy, and indulgence.
A sense of calm and confidence arises naturally: this team has everything under control. And that leads to true relaxation and pleasure. For this atmosphere and peace of mind, special thanks go to Center Cruises. When you see the company’s director and owner personally approaching every table and offering treats (and not just red caviar, by the way, but much more), all passengers begin to feel like one big, friendly family — despite coming from different countries and cultures. This is where “Peace, Friendship, and Red Caviar” truly come together!
Everyone got to know each other, overate a little, danced a lot. On a great cruise, everything seems to flow effortlessly: breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served strictly according to schedule (which we received every evening in our cabin along with a piece of chocolate — a small detail, but such a pleasant one); the ship arrives at and departs from ports exactly on time; excursions and entertainment (which deserve endless praise) are perfectly organized. Absolute order.
As for the cabins — words almost fail me (I had a French balcony, and that says it all; no comparisons needed). I just wanted to stay in the cabin, sit by the large panoramic window, and admire the stunning views. Everything you could possibly need was there — and even more. A coffee machine, for instance. The TV, however, remained unused 🙂You try to find something to complain about — and simply can’t. One more thing: what is usually called “meals” doesn’t apply here. This was pure indulgence. I will never forget those flavors — this is what true royal cuisine should taste and look like. Absolutely unforgettable! The only downside is that the scales have started being rude, and the mirror a bit cheeky. Side effects of indulgence, I suppose 🙂The only thing they didn’t manage to plan was the weather. But that’s okay — no hard feelings. Personally, I didn’t even want to leave the ship; it was that wonderful (better than home!), and Flanders itself hasn’t changed much since my previous visit anyway.In one word — PERFECT! Neither rain, nor snow, nor cold could spoil our amazing mood and holiday. The impressions are countless — all vivid, unforgettable, and beautiful.There’s only one problem: now I want to go on another cruise again. So I have one big request — let’s do it again! I wish the company prosperity and all its friends, fans, supporters, and admirers every success. In other words — all of us

We finally made the decision and traveled with my daughter from Japan to a 🚢 New Year’s cruise aboard the Inspire. I have known the company and the staff of the “Tartus Tour” office — now “Center Cruises” — for many years and have taken several Mediterranean cruises with them, so I never doubted the level of organization or quality.After a 20-hour flight, we finally found ourselves in a magical New Year’s fairytale on a luxurious five-star vessel, in wonderful company of performers, and — most importantly for us — our people from Odesa, Moldova, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan!!!! My teenage daughter, after three years of living in Japan, absolutely lit up being surrounded by familiar faces and kindred spirits!!! We did not expect so much laughter, joy, and such an incredible atmosphere!The ship was brand new, all bathroom amenities were top-quality, and the service provided by the staff, as well as the presentation of dishes in the restaurant, was truly five-star. In the evenings, there were concerts — a different one every day — featuring artists and a popular host, dancing 💃, snacks served at the most unexpected moments, and exquisite cuisine in the restaurant.As always, everything in this company’s cruise was flawless. After the modest, delicate, and restrained lifestyle in the Land of the Rising Sun, we found ourselves in a 24/7 whirlwind of excursions, abundance, and pure bliss. Thanks to the thoughtful organization and the many years of experience of the staff, we simply enjoyed every moment!!!!My daughter missed this Odesa-style color and the unique charm of the cruise atmosphere so much, because what happens there is possible only on a cruise — and this was her very first experience. We still can’t stop admiring and remembering that paradise which lasted all seven days of our lives and our New Year’s fairytale.A huge thank you to the entire team and personally to Elena Alekseevna Poplinskaya for the organization and for creating such an exceptional level of quality — now my daughter wants nothing but cruises!!!! It was my first cruise on Costa Toscana, and I enjoyed an ocean of new impressions and pleasure. The food was very tasty and varied, and the ship’s interior was stylish. Every evening there were interesting shows and a great atmosphere on board. The vacation was extremely comfortable, and I definitely want to do it again.
