Serving guests to the highest quality standards is one of MSC Cruises' top priorities. During the cruise, guests of the ship are greeted by many MSC staff who provide them with excellent service. Also, another large part of the team works around the clock so that passengers can enjoy every minute of their stay on board the ship. Service fee is a mandatory and integral part of the cost of the cruise. The Service Fee can be paid at the time of booking or on board during the cruise. There is no service charge for children under 2 years of age (age at the start of the cruise).
