March 25, Day 1: Arrival & Business Networking
Munich — The Heart оf European Business and Culture
Munich is more than just the capital of Bavaria — it is a city where great ideas are born, where technology meets tradition, and where business negotiations unfold against the backdrop of ancient cathedrals. We recommend arriving at the hotel before 1:00 PM or day before. Evening Business Networking begins at 5:00 PM.

1. Marienplatz & Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall)

Format: A vibrant networking event and intellectual platform bringing together business leaders from 35+ countries. The format of business round tables is designed so that each participant doesn’t just listen — they connect, exchange contacts, and create collaborations
How It Works
10–12 thematic round tables dedicated to: Business & Innovation, Education & AI Technologies, Investment & Franchising, Business Technologies, Women’s Leadership & Empowerment, Sustainability & Social Impact, Culture & Creative Industries.
Each table hosts up to 10 participants, including representatives from different countries.
Every 30 minutes, participants rotate to a new table — new ideas, new contacts, new opportunities!
Professional moderators guide the process, helping each participant present their project, express interests, and find the right partners.

Vienna, Austria – The Imperial Capital

• Industrial importance: Vienna is also a modern business hub. It houses Siemens City Vienna, OMV headquarters, and numerous startup accelerators. The city plays a central role in European diplomacy, hosting the UN, OPEC, and OSCE.

Melk Austria – The Baroque Jewel
