Regarding tours starting after 24.02.2022: Guided by the letter of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine dated 28.02.2022 No. 2024/02.0-7.1,
which recognized the events as force majeure*, all appeals, including those related to return funds will be considered by the tour operator
