The design of this ship allows it to be one of the few to cruise on the Yangtze River directly from Shanghai at certain times of the year.

The ship was built in 1994 and was fully renovated in 2011. The length of the ship is 89.40 m, the width of the ship is 16.40 m, and the draft is 2.70 m.
