Yes. MSC and Costa offer family cabins for 3–4 guests, kids’ clubs, water parks, and full activity programmes. The Aquarium of Genoa is a separate draw for children. Family cabins sell out fastest — for school-holiday departures, book 4–6 months ahead.

With MSC and Costa, the base fare covers the cabin, full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), entertainment, pools, and the gym. Not included: alcohol, shore excursions, spa, speciality restaurants, gratuities. True all-inclusive with alcohol and excursions is found only in the ultra-luxury segment.
